While I most enjoy working with high school "hard cases", it is always fun to hang out with a crazy bunch of middle schoolers. Anyone who has seen me interact with kids knows that I am a crowd participation junky! I feed off of their energy and the kids feel like they are a part of the message. I firmly believe that the ability to incorporate effective crowd participation techniques is oftentimes the difference between just speaking to young people or actually reaching them.
