These are shots taken at a state-wide Teen Summit I put together for a couple of my IMPACT First clients. I like to throw these types of events at the start of a new IMPACT First project to generate fresh ideas and material from the kids of that particular region. At this event, my team of about 10 facilitators, divided the kids into three groups and rotated them around three different stations throughout the day. Each group got to participate in a photo shoot, a focus group, an interview and group discussion session and we summed it all up in the evening with a heart-to-heart talk where I shared parts of my personal experiences with the kids. The Summit was an all day event and we had a blast. The kids especially liked the photo shoots and the $40 dollars they received for being our teen super models for the day!
